BEXKOM's factory is divided into three floors:
BEXKOM owns 20 CNC lathes imported from Japan, 6 horizontal injection molding machines, 6 vertical injection molding machines, 2 fully automatic connector pin assembly machines, 8 semi-automatic connector pin assembly machines, and 22 manual connector pin assembly machines. The company operates 12 connector assembly production lines and 8 cable assembly and testing production lines. The connector production capacity is 200,000 units per week.
We can provide OEM/ODM services to our customers. The customer only needs to provide us with a sample or drawing, and we can offer free design services. Of course, our requirement is that the customer needs to place an order with us, and there will be a certain MOQ requirement. Our design cycle is relatively fast, typically around 4 weeks, and the customer can receive a completely new product design.
We have several experienced connector designers, who have over 20 years of experience in the connector design industry. Additionally, we have a very comprehensive and well-established network of raw material suppliers in China, which allows us to procure high-quality materials in a very short time, thereby shortening the product development cycle considerably.
