  1. How long is your normal product lead time?---Normally 1 week.
  2. Do you have a product MOQ? If yes, what is the minimum quantity?---Yes, Normally MOQ is 1pcs.
  3. How to buy and how to pay?--- Please contact with us, or send email to us (cs1@bexkom.com), our sales person will reply you within 24hours. Please tell our sales person what you need and we will send you an offical quotation and proforma invionce, then you can pay by T/T, L/C, Paypal, Cash, Credit Card ect, and we will delivery the products to you by express(UPS/FEDEX/DHL), Normally you can receive the products around ~7 working days.
  4. What certificates do you have?---- UL, CE, RoHs,Reach, ISO9001, ISO13485,COC, MSDS.
  5. Will you infringe others' patents?---We take our brand and reputation very seriously. We have our own R&D and design, and we promise that we will not infringe any patents of others, and our legal advisors will intervene and evaluate products during product development.
  6. Can you produce according to samples?---Yes, we can produce according to your samples or technical drawings. We can manufacture moulds and fixtures.
  7. What are the advantages of your products compared with your peers?

    ---1). Delivery time: We have been committed to small batches, high quality and fast delivery. Our standard parts inventory assembly model can greatly shorten the lead time of our products.

    ---2). We adhere to the experience concept of quality first, and have been involved in quality management from product development to OQC testing for shipment. In addition, product reliability testing is our focus, and we have been continuously implementing a quality commission plan within the company, making it a key performance indicator for the entire company.

  8. Can your products be the same or compatible with some of the more famous brands on the market? Are there intellectual property or patent disputes between you?---Some of our products can be fully compatible with LEMO, Redel, ODU, Fischer, Amphenol, Phoenix, Hiros, Binder,Weipu and other brands, but our own design can ensure that we will not infringe their patents, and there is no intellectual product dispute between us.
